Pre-Orders

We do not pre make or store any food items. Each and every order is made to order.

We need a minimum 2 weeks advance notice. When we are busy, we have been fully booked up to 2 month ahead.


Availability is not guaranteed before your order is confirmed with full payment. Our minimum custom order amount is $200.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 30 days from the event date will be fully refunded, minus a $50 consultation and an event blockage date fee. There will be no refunds issued for any reasons within the 30 day period before the event day. That includes an unfortunate event of a cancellation.

Freshness, Presentation and Allergy

Freshness and Presentation Guarantee

All food items are made to order and made hours preceding the delivery.  This ensures the quality and freshness of the food items as well as our exquisite presentation of foods items.  Once released from the care of Migaam, the customer is liable for any damage, accident, or mishap that may occur once the product is released. 

Allergies

All of our food items contain nuts, seeds and other ingredients that are known to have allergic reactions to those prone to allergic reactions.  It is the customers responsibility to communicate these allergenic ingredients to the end customer.

Shipping Questions

US Domestic Shipping Only

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed during checkout. Rates are based on package weight, dimension and shipping destination.

The selected shipping speed applies once the parcel has been packed and picked up by the carrier. Please allow for extra shipping days over holidays, as delays can be experienced. 

Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be shipped. We appreciate your patience!

Please note: Corean delicacies and fragile art pieces are pick up only at our DTLA Arts District location.

Pickup Option-Object

You can pickup your object items at Migaam DTLA Art District or Palos Verdes locations. Please contact us for date, time, and location arrangements.

Return Policy

There are no refunds, returns or exchanges for any items.

For non-food items:

We package goods with the utmost highest standards and it is highly unlikely that items will come damaged. In the unlikely event that the unopened shipping box is damaged from the outside, DO NOT open the box and send us pictures of the unopened box within 12 hours of receiving the package and we will initiate a claim with the shipper.
