Gaesung Juak is a delicacy made by mixing rice wine (makgeolli) into dough. Gaesung Yakgwa has been highly regarded since the Goryeo Dynasty and considered as "the finest confection in all of Goryeo Dynasty.” It is considered a refined delicacy served during feasts, ancestral rituals, and often exchanged as gifts. Historical records even indicate yakgwa being offered to honor the king on his visits.

Gwapyeon
An authentic creation from Migaam as a reinterpretation of gwapyeon, a type of hankwa, reflecting a multicultural sensibility. Drawing inspiration from the artist Alessandro Mendini's "Cubosfera" Lamps from 1968, it incorporates an array of rice cakes, confections, and other natural ingredients.
