Byung-gwa Menu

병과

Corean byung-gwa offers a rich tapestry of traditional delights, including tteok (steamed rice delicacies) and hangwa (sweet confections). Byung-gwa is a heartfelt homage to culinary traditions rooted in profound reverence for the earth's abundance and the ingenious use of natural elements. Crafted meticulously from the flour of various grains, these creations take on shapes and colors inspired by nature, using only natural ingredients.

The careful craftsmanship involved has elevated byung-gwa to an everyday indulgence and a means to honor enduring traditions.
